Steven has successfully negotiated and closed millions of square feet of office, industrial and retail brokerage deals encompassing leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. He has also played key roles in land acquisitions and development projects for a broad spectrum of clients.

Steven received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.

Vincent’s numerous years of experience in commercial real estate encompasses the hospitality, office, retail and land sectors. His expertise includes lease, acquisition and disposition negotiations, property management and asset management.

Vincent received a Master of Business Administration from New York University.
